They're making terrible leaps in logic that don't line up with the reality of this situation. Bad shit happening in history doesn't prove there's something wrong with worldwide vaccines for a worldwide pandemic. Every pharmacy and every clinic are offering one vaccine for literally everyone. There is no racism here and maybe people that hate black people shouldn't use them as a tool to justify why it's their right to kill millions of people on earth.

I didnt mean it that way. I meant systemic racism in terms of availability or outreach in neighborhoods with higher minority populations. Obviously systemic racism of the past doesnt mean they shouldnt trust the government with respect to the vaccine.

Why would you be worried about a car crash? You're not going to choose to be in one, and statistically, you will never die in one.

Probably same reason why most people are worried about it, because in the unlikely event it happens it can seriously injure me, so I try to mitigate my risk by wearing a seatbelt. I still havent understood your logic though with the seatbelt thing, and I also dont get why you had to make such a false statement that theres absolutely nothing as a barrier with people getting vaccinated, misinformation isnt cool bro

The vaccines are out there and free for all races. There is no logical argument to not get them and absolutely no barriers for anyone of any color, creed, orientation, or financial status.

This is just demonstrably false, systemic racism certainly plays a part why certain minority demographics dont have higher rates of vaccination.

Can you explain your logic to me? If I dont want the government making a law that requires everyone to wear a seatbelt but they do anyway so that means I shouldnt wear a seatbelt even if I want to? You understand I can desire to wear a seatbelt without simultaneously wanting the government to force everyone wear a seatbelt as well right? Or is that not possible?

No, Im very sensitive to being insulting and mean to others, I never try to say something that might imply their life is worthless or inferior or something. A pet peeve of mine and something that triggers me is if I see people being that way to others, just saying something to a person that devalues their life so you can win an internet argument or get a good insult in, personally I find those people bottom of the barrel in terms of character. Granted its insulting for me to say that so I never express those views to someone I feel that way about.

Seems he was just pointing out African Americans will be disproportionately affected by this policy because they have much lower percentage of vaccinated people, hence he was asking whether this new policy might be systemic racism. Obviously the policy doesnt remotely have anything do with systemic racism, I agree with your overall sentiment, who gives a shit if African Americans are disproportionately affected by this policy, idiots who dont want to listen and get vaccinated has to face consequences regardless of their race.

I'm not mad but after sleeping on it, yesterday's discussion about this went nowhere and again, I'm just confused is all. I need someone to explain to me why it's such a big issue if I speak to gunpla or "defend" them. And even if it's an issue, it's clear gunpla will never apologize so what are you even on about?
