The fam were around before the brigade started really ramping up their campaign, and they also have their own infamy of misdeeds that goes way back. They founded the infamous sub reddit once it became clear the power the Brigade was gaining to try and shine light on what the Brigade was doing and expose the corruption of the site staff. And now a war has been waging between these two factions for about a year now. The Brigade enjoys near total control of CE with their protection from the mods. The fam controls the sub reddit and the Brigade has been trying to get it shut down since it's inception but to no avail. This is the short version anyway |
