You're making the assumption that every fan would have access to a store that has a copy this early. Unless you expect everyone to buy it from the eShop which would mean Nintendo is giving a huge finger to retailers.

Some fans would have access to a store that has it early. Other fans would have the eshop. Not everyone has to buy it digitally.

Personally I think retailers are given too much leeway as is. There's no legitimate reason that a digital copy of a game should cost the same as a physical one since you're not dealing with production/printing/transportation/logistics/shelf space, yet to be "fair" to retailers physical and digital games cost the same amount on launch.

Why doesn't Nintendo just take back the street date? The game is out there, by holding to the broken street date they're just punishing legitimate customers. Friend of mine paid and predownloaded the game - why the hell not let him play? He's getting worse service than a pirate who downloaded the game for free and is playing it right now.

If you don't mind the controls it's the best version of the game. All the new features of the PSP version without the lag, and full camera rotation which you can't do in any other version. I highly recommend it

Nah Persona 2 was amazing. It just no longer exists. Was retroactively erased from the timeline. That's why you never see their characters in the Persona crossover games

They don't get strong as fuck though. They get fractionally less weak.

Play in War Of The Gods mode where all enemies balloon up to level 200 by chapter 3

So if you have Brave 97 it will trigger 97% of the time.

It only triggers on regular attacks. Like the attack command.

Regular Counter triggers on skills too if you're in range
