If this happens to me I would understand it if we met online or at a bar for the first time. We're strangers after all. But I'm also human and would be a little offended. I would continue with the date and confront her humorously like say, I realized you took a picture don't worry I'm not going to kidnap you.

If we met in person through friends, school, work, etc etc and she took that pic I would be super offended and call it off. In situations like this we're not strangers anymore and if you're still defensive at this point that's a red flag for a crazy.

A drunk off duty cop killed a college girl in Queens sometime last April. He refused a breathalyzer so was considered "allegedly drunk", but clearly was drunk. He is being charged with vehicular manslaughter and faces a maximum of 7 years in prison. He also has a history of committing smaller crimes while drunk but was acquitted or never charged for those.
