I'm not a fan of purchasing/consuming anything produced in abusive/toxic environments but not really sure what to do about it. Would I be alright if the business owner wasn't being subsidized by tax evasion through unclaimed tip revenue? Yes. Would I be alright if the majority of decent people weren't expected to subsidize the meals of cheapskates? Absolutely. Would I be more or less likely to attend a restaurant that posted the price I'm actually expected to pay as the price? More likely. --- sdoo |

The guys down there working physical labour tend to be in good shape, but some of the machinery operators a bit heavier and would definitely struggle on this ladder. --- sdoo |

| DarkMinun 09/21/21 7:36:43 AM #25 | Last time I was in Mexico (about 2 years ago) all of the coke had been switched to 2/3 sugar, 1/3 artificial sweetener. It tastes far worse than it used to. I assume it must be some government regulation aimed at reducing obesity or diabetes. In Canada we still use grape sugar wihich beats the hell out of HFCS (American soft drinks literally taste like corn) but they reduced the amount of sugar a few years back which did have a negative effect on flavour. --- sdoo |

If you're laid off (terminated without cause) they have to give 2 weeks notice or 2 weeks severance pay. Severance pay is by far the more common option but I have heard of people being given 2 weeks notice if the business is shutting down, for example. --- sdoo |

Downside is inability to become fully erect, and a chance of losing the ability to get hard at all.
