No, he's not a Republican. The republicans are calling these protests 'little gazas' and calling for police to murder a bunch of school kids. The Democrats are just wagging their fingers at them, saying "Don't do that! Bad!" probably because a bunch of moderate dems support Israel unconditionally, no matter how much genocide they do.

Pac-Man's importance cannot be understated. It expanded the player base by appealing to women. And the presence of women in arcades helped quell the perception of video games and provided a wholesome side to them that anyone could enjoy.

I believe the costs are relatively small, and they make a small profit. They want to keep it for the algorithm. That's all they care about.

Shutting down all sorts of boards (without announcement at that) seems like a poor way of maintaining users. I can sort of understand shutting down the religion board, as it's arguably more divisive than politics. But unless you go looking for it, you aren't going to find it.

So apparently they did listen to feedback in one sense, as they've went and closed the religion board. (As well as several others)

Yeah, I saw some topics here on gamefaqs about it. Apparently politics are to be confined to CE... because it scares off some people. But the toxic behavior of these miscreants is fine for some reason. (I don't blame the mods here, it's fandom.)
