Same with Jontron and Pat the NES Punk. Honestly the character and high-budget stuff take away from what people really want to see. With Game Grumps, they literally release a few 10 minute episodes every day of them playing different games and making dumb jokes or burping. Tecmo Super Bowl just isn't a fun game when the other team scores a touchdown every time and there's nothing you can do. It's not even a challenge like Ninja Gaiden. And either way the top teams in the game (49ers, Giants, Bills) will win 99% of the time, every game. So I guess if you pick one of those teams it's a good game. Also there are so many things about the game that are broken. If you play a team with a good running back (Bo Jackson, Christian Okoye, etc.) or if you are just unlucky and the running back on the other team has Excellent physical condition, you will lose every time.
