Lol, do you think grout only comes in white? You can buy black grout. One of my baths has gray grout and the other a tan grout.

Wood is a bad idea for a bathroom. Its porous and absorbs moisture. Youre one leaking toilet from having to redo it again.

Had my annual AC check up. The freon level was very low so theres a leak. So its under warranty, right. Yeah, but the warranty covers the part only. Not labor and not replacement freon (which is fucking $100 a pound).

I dont know if this is how all central air warranties are, but American Standard sucks.

I generally buy the Rastellis Chuck & short rib burgers from Costco. Those taste wonderful without anything on them. But even at Costco they are not exactly cheap.

I thought mobile home parks are bad because while you own the home you dont own the land it is on. So the actually land owners can raise rents to ridiculous amounts and you are SOL since mobile homes arent actually mobile.

Kids get a fuckton standardized tests in school. Like 2-3 times a year. Parents and teachers get the results of them.

in my district kids that are below get extra help. But that doesnt keep them back.

Every adult should be able to have their own house. Maybe not necessarily a big house, but a roof over their head and a little lawn to mow should be affordable for everyone, and the fact it isn't where I live is why I'm planning to move somewhere with much cheaper property. I work in a factory full-time and I don't even make enough to afford a bachelor apartment and a car, and my company is likely doing layoffs in the near future. I'm gonna start with something like a shipping container home with solar panels on it and work my way up from there.

The big problem is small houses arent getting built. Home builders buy up big tracts of land, break them up into tiny lots and build McMansions on them.

Learn all you can and then get a job elsewhere. Seriously staying at one company doesnt end up giving you big promotions and/or salary increases. Make sure you make lots of connections, you never know when one could help you get a job elsewhere.

My husband is leaving a job because he got one a couple levels higher and a lot of money elsewhere.

His current boss asked him what they could do to get him to stay and he was like, nah, Im good.

My buddy is a doctor making $300k a year. He's in shape, nice, and sociable and a girl rejected him for not pursuing her hard enough. Apparently you need to triple text to show your commitment.

It was probably something else, but maybe that was the easiest excuse to drop him.

Edit, women lie all the time if they are afraid a dude wont accept the rejection well.
