I'm not lying to myself. I'm just a really light skinned middle easterner. Don't worry though, most people think I'm white. Including other middle easterners lol. It sucks, I can't tan for the life of me.

MEs aren't super well paid. A more realistic range will be $75-80k.

Yes, pretty much every day until I was 16. It's one of those ugly duckling kind of stories. I was not pretty and I was geeky. I had really good grades. I was also an Anglophone and there was a lot of racism back then. It was mostly girls but also some guys. It was so bad I refused to go to school on several occasions.

Then I hit 16, started dressing better, wearing makeup, looked a lot better, etc. and all of a sudden it stopped. One of the guy bullies ended up asking me out. I loved rejecting him.

I agree that long distance relationships are hard but I also agree that TC seems to have poor boundaries if he's flirting with other women while still presumably in a relationship.

If TC was a girl, the responses would be very different.

I agree, men do get shafted often in court. I've heard and read some horror stories. But I heard it's been getting better.

Although I'm not sure I count since I don't consider myself a feminist. I'm more of a humanist.

I prefer the way my fiance and I handle money.

We keep our money separate and transfer 50/50 into a bill account we share to cover all bills. We talk about vacations and expenses we want to handle for our house and future and choose to save a certain amount in a joint savings account.

Whatever money is left over we can spend on whatever we want and the other doesn't worry about it.

It allows me to buy my video games and systems worry free and her to spend hundreds of dollars on hair and makeup products w/o causing any friction between us.

Everyone couple is different. I'm not a fan of the 3 pot system or 50/50 personally. I don't like thinking in terms of "my money" and "his money" at all. We really only consult each other for large purchases like $300 or more. Our spending habits are similar otherwise, so there's not really a need for separate accounts.

You seriously don't get annoyed or creeped out when total strangers start saying stuff or being weird in person, or on Instagram or Facebook or twitter? It's always annoying and often scary for me...

Maybe has to do with me being incel so I don't think sexually, I guess. But I know lots of girls complain about it other than just me.

My FB is private. I don't really use anything else. So I don't get messages from strangers at all. But yeah, it doesn't really bother me in person. I find the attention flattering. But honestly it's rare for that to happen anyway.

Yeah the "language police" is insane in Quebec. You can get into big trouble with people for saying anything in English. I've had an earful more than once for saying "hi" instead of "bonjour" just when ordering fast food. But that was a long time ago.

This. My husband and I are both traditional and I took his name because it's something we both wanted. Every couple is different and should do what works for them.

It was a dumb comment that had nothing to do with the topic and simply meant to objectify women. Good on her for cutting him off.
