Subway also got big before the rise of "fast casual", when people started having a demand for higher quality food. I don't think that Subway could blow up as a new chain offering the quality they have today.

Subway sort of is/was masquerading as fast casual though. They were the first big one I remember to market themselves as an alternative to fast food, but that was more about health/weight loss.

Now the question is promote Hue or go get VJ? Must be tough having to choose but either way they win

2) This kind of shit is what is annoying about Twitter sports news. It's great for quick updates when the people are right, but you always have people say stuff like this. Apparently this dude works for a major Arizona paper, but the paper itself wouldn't publish this kind of information without further verification; thanks to Twitter he gets to push it out without accountability. They always word it vaguely like "Hearing" or "According to one source" too, making it sound like it's true but giving themselves a copout if wrong.

It was a pretty bad NFL season all around for the Sports Topic. SpeeD is the only one whose team made it, which is somewhat of a surprise. I'd probably have put the Vikings and Packers ahead of them in playoff likeliness to begin the year, but above the Broncos and Niners

As far as I know the only "rewards" are the NES thing and the Splatoon outfits... And think about how stupid the Splatoon thing is. No one who plays Splatoon 2 is going to not have the online service, so literally everyone has those same clothes available.

The other reward system (for 3DS/Wii U) has something called "Just for you" offers but I wouldn't be surprised if those are also the same for everyone. I got offered discounts for my birthday month but it's pretty much a bunch of shit I don't want except for Samus Returns. No idea how it's selected which sucks cause there is still stuff I'd get for those systems

How do the rewards for Nintendo Online subs work, are they different for everyone? I forgot that was a thing until I just got an email about it.

I got... some outfit shit for Splatoon 2, a game I don't even have lol. Well I hope if there is more stuff to come that it's something more useful. I actually wouldn't mind cosmetic stuff if it was like a key to open lootboxes in Rocket League, but I bet it's only gonna be first-party rewards.

I think the desktop went from 7 to 10 and the laptop from 8 to 10, so could be part of the difference, but is 7 bigger than 8? And why wouldn't they delete all the stuff from the old install?

Anyways, even if I did find a potential source of the difference, I'm not comfortable with deleting stuff from my Windows folder. Plus it's not really like I need that space, it's just odd

Or at least the C:\Windows folder, I don't know how much the actual OS takes up.

They are both Windows 10 Pro. I know there are some differences in actual version and the computer architecture, but 29 GB worth?

There must be a simpler explanation. Do programs you install add things to the Windows folder? I thought they were mostly contained in Program Files but maybe I'm wrong

Subway is bottom-tier. Not only can "nobody" not beat them, but everyone you listed does, talking purely in terms of taste. If you want to argue best value, that's more debatable. I'd go a step further and say I don't think there are a lot really great stages in Smash. It seems like increasingly as the series went on, all of them either have some significant flaw, or the actual good ones are virtually the same size and shape as each other (but the Battlefield/Omega addition is a good thing despite taking that to the ultimate extreme)

I generally dislike stages that don't have proper edges, really takes the recovery element out of the game. Then again, ever since Brawl pretty much everyone has insane recovery so it's hard to die like that anyway. But it's still annoying how the side edges are offscreen

The NFLB seems to love Foles but I can't tell with those people if they're being ironic. They obviously actually watch the games more than me, but just statistically he isn't even close to Wentz. There is definitely something to the idea that the Eagles just win more with Foles but we're still in small sample size territory I think

Good games are more affordable than ever. Yeah there are a few that have ridiculous microtransactions and such bloating the cost, but on the other end of the spectrum you have a bunch of quality indies and just sales in general that offer you many $5-$20 options that were pretty much nonexistent a decade or so ago.

I've probably said it before but I don't like how random it seems whether I finish like 85th or 15th. And there's the randomness of the weapon drops too. I don't think I ever really lasted long enough or I'm on such a low rank where building doesn't seem to be much of a factor.

I just realized what I posted doesn't really make sense. Basically, since I'm out of toothpaste faster, it feels like "Why am I still going this long?" But in reality the amount of time might not be any different than before

I also got an electric toothbrush for Christmas. It does feel like it makes me brush longer but that also could be because the brush head accepts less toothpaste so I run out of it faster. Usually my threshold for stopping has just been when the toothpaste runs out

I have one on my phone but I basically don't even notice it despite being turned to high, so I'm not sure it does much.

I just turned on the one on my PC cause my eyes hurt. I used it before for like a week but couldn't get used to it. Everything is super orange tinted and if you rely on contrast for anything it sucks. Plus if you turn it off after using it for a while it's like staring at the sun

I actually dislike saying "my dude" because I feel like I subconsciously picked it up from Mead and I don't want to be a copycat but we have some similarities in posting style regardless
