| Cartridge88 09/17/21 6:54:09 PM #4 | a lot of it is being fairly fluid with the "day to day" details of the story. you as the writer still have the authority to say, "This major event in the story happens, regardless of what the readers voted on, but the choices made can make the main character and all other characters better or less prepared for them." and for the most part, a story that goes into a CYOA is one that isn't "set in stone" in your mind, where there are a lot of those other details and subplots that could be explored. you can have fun throwing out the possibilities you had in mind for something, the readers gravitate towards the one they want, and you get to explore that idea as you go. --- This space no longer matters, huh? ...
