The US Supreme Court refused to disturb sanctions against Sidney Powell and other attorneys who pursued what were deemed frivolous legal claims in trying to upend 2020 presidential election results in Michigan.

The justices on Tuesday denied a bid by the attorneys challenging a decision by the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit that largely upheld monetary and other sanctions imposed by a district judge. They didnt offer an explanation for their decision not to take up the appeal.

The appellate court in June rejected claims that Michigan officials used voting machines linked to a scheme involving foreign oligarchs and dictators to generate fraudulent votes for Joe Biden.

The Sixth Circuit found that many of the claims were refuted by the plaintiffs own exhibits.

I'm starting to understand why my family members who live in southern Alabama commonly go to Florida hospitals. When my dad was sick and dying in late 2018, I was wondering why he ended up in a Florida hospital instead of one in the state.

More healthcare providers are going to be leaving Alabama, which is terrible for the state.

Looks like federal judges are growing increasingly tired of the bullshit the January 6th defendants are trying to push to defend their actions.

I'm trying to find out if there is some way to find a schedule of some kind in the Georgia RICO case. From what I saw in the hearings on Thursday and Friday, the defense pretty much got their arguments to disqualify Fani Willis decimated and they were just fishing for anything that might give them justification for even going down this road.

She's asking the same questions quite a bit.

Fani Willis going into way more detail than she's asking for repeatedly because she can't ask specific questions.

Yeah, this lawyer is not asking good questions, LOL. Fani Willis is filling in a ton of details for her because her questions are so bad.
