Speaking as someone who kinda just stumbled backwards into one this is not remotely true

I'm 3rd party and the hiring process was much easier than what the in-house hiring is like.

One impression I have is that focusing on people who are great at those types of leetcpde advanced interviews gives you people who are great at algorithm type stuff and awful at literally any other aspect of programming. Also a lot of initiatives that seem to be literally just giving people something to do.

Reports indicate trouble when multiple residents of an apartment building try to order the free tests. This is likely due to a USPS grouping all apartments as a single residence address.

For example, if 123 Sesame Street Apt #1 orders the tests, then 123 Seasame Street Apt #2 may be unable to place their order.
