I initially attended community college for 3 years before transferring to a state university for another 3. It was fun for the novelty at first but by my 5th or so year I just wanted out. My favorite class was a computer music class taught by this eccentric, elderly dude. Toilet paper is okay to flush because it breaks down when exposed to water; however """flushable""" wipes and most facial tissues are made with synthetic materials that don't dissolve so nicely. These materials (along with other items flushed down toilets such as tampons and food) can band together in sewer systems to create giant clogs dubbed 'fatburgs' which are hazardous and expensive to clean out. (Pic of a fatburg.) Why are companies labeling unflushable wipes as flushable, you ask? Marketing.
