Never finished BW2, but I thought BW1 sucked, especially the storyline. The Pokemon it added were also sketchy, but part of the problem was they were kinda redoing everything.

B&W are fairly forgettable. But the second games give a lot of diversity in team selection and are the last games before the exp share controversy. Technically they are the only games with a hardmode as well, which really should be standard for all of the games.

Gen 2 has the most content. Anyways I thought it was generally accepted that B2 & W2 were the best?

It's all due to Florida's Sunshine Law, which was passed in 1991. It guarantees free public access to Florida's government documents and proceedings, minus some exemptions. Among the allowed documents are police arrest records. This isn't your first time talking to a conservative. They don't engage in genuine arguments, they fabricate an argument they wish to debate against. It's because they don't have a legitimate point. The US has a gun problem, objectively, so they just regurgitate some nonsense because there is no method through which they can attempt to argue we don't have a gun problem otherwise.

The people who voted for that bill surely all claim to be strong proponents of the constitution. It always confounds me when the conservatives all attempt to claim it's liberals who are opposed to the constitution when they are constantly passing just blatantly and overtly unconstitutional bills.

The constitution is more than the second amendment.

The last time the US murder rate was below 4.0 per 100k (i.e. where every other developed country currently sits) was the turn of last century. It climbed steadily from ~1910 to the 1930s, when it nearly reached 10.0 per 100k, then dropped to roughly half that level during the war years, where it stayed (minus a brief spike in 1945 when the troops came home) until the mid 1960s, when it started climbing again.
