"She didn't say yes or shoot me down. She said she'd let me know when she's ready, but we're still talking." A few months ago he tried to ask her out after seeing her at that restaurant, he added her to Facebook and asked her but she told him at the time that she wasn't ready to date. They both worked at the same place for a few years back in the day but never really interacted that much besides pleasantries so it wasn't a cold Facebook add but still kind of out of nowhere. He is acting like he is definitely in with her too and I don't understand why, the guy is pushing 40 for Christ's sake. He's been in a few relationships but they've been very long-term so he's not super experienced with the picking up women part of it. --- |
