If you are playing the pixel remaster you should be able to decrease the amount of exp earned

So as long as I don't have a bunch of tabs open everything from Microsoft documents to YouTube videos will be in 1440p? Does that mean that semi-graphically intense video games are more taxing than any movie ever made?

I understand that if you have a 1440p monitor and a PC that isn't quite powerful enough you will get okay but nowhere near what it could have been performance. My question is does this pertain to reading online or watching a video, will they suffer as well or can they still be powered fully even if the PC isn't quite up to par?

Hello, I am a PC noob looking for prebuilt suggestions to compliment the monitor I just bought (Gigabyte M34WQ 34)

I am looking for something that can run the 1440p and 144hz. I won't be playing any super graphically intense games, no FPS or MOBA, just PC exclusive Steam games. I would maybe try Age of Empires 4 too. It would be 70% work 30% gaming.

My budget is $600-$1000!

Just looking for standard power, enough to run the monitor without it looking bad. Clear text when not gaming is almost more important than gaming performance. I will play all the big multiplatform games on console and steam PC only games on my upcoming desktop
