Well it does have KVM which is probably the best thing for efficiency. Consider the GIGABYTE - M34WQ 34" instead. I can't link it because gamfaqs.gamespot.com says the link is too long. That looks like a pretty good monitor. But I am curious, couldn't you just hook your PC up to your TV? You said you play console games on you TV couldn't you do the same with your PC?
