I don't think they're exclusively responsible, no. I think a lot of the criticism of her as VP is directly related to those specific reasons, though.

DWAC is a SPAC which is basically a publicly traded company that only exists to buy and merge with a private company. It's one of the ways tech unicorns have started going public for weird reasons, one of which is avoiding the whole IPO thing.

DWAC's market cap is currently only 1.8 billion, though, and that includes 1) disclosure that they plan to buy Truth Social and 2) about half a billion dollars of pure cash, so the market is not valuing Truth Social at anywhere near 10 billion dollars.

You can either fight the Kithrak or show her the artefact, the end result is the same (you go through the locked door and see the Inquisitor.) Also there is a ton of nice loot so it's a good idea to finish the area even if you don't care about Lae'zel.

If you want to bang Lae'Zel, you should put her in her place and demand you go first. She actually respects it, and it's one of the bigger reputation bumps you can get from her.

While this is true, make sure you choose the "Leadership" option and not the "Selfish" one because she'll turn permanently hostile if you pick the wrong dialogue.
