I don't understand why half asian celebrities try to surgically remove the best feature about them. It's such a shame. A lot of actresses ruin their face, megan fox being a famous example.

Anyone who has a newborn knows that it cries 24/7 and lots of people I work with have said they they just want to shake the baby and slap it in the face since it won't actually shut up. But you would never actually do it, though.

When you are stressed out like that and are at your wits end, you gotta give the baby to somebody else for a bit or stuff like this happens. You just can't be doing shit like this. The baby could have died

Well NES/SNES mini and the Amiibos are collectibles. Collectibles create scarcity to generate interest in the next collectible as well as creating insane sales rate as soon as they're released. We already have a perception that we need to pay close attention to Nintendo products with limited quantity in terms of release because we know they'll sell out quickly. That's demand before the customers can second guess themselves or depreciation in the perception of the worth of a product over time. It's just the same logic as a price discrimination to affect demand.

Meanwhile, the Switch isn't exactly last place. It's selling out like most of its quantity on release. Nintendo already showed that they can increase production when Splatoon 2 came out and they topped the chart lol at the guy who says they're firmly last. It's just not cost effective to produce them when they're competing for parts. Except Nintendo also is known to have a billion dollars in cash. They're holding out for more software probably

Like your second paragraph alludes to, the switch is not a collector's item and I still can't find any in stores

Japanese companies are stubbornly conservative and cheap and also very risk averse. Nintendo especially. They want to ride out things so they don't have to spend money on excess stock because they don't have the confidence they once did especially after the Wii U. Japanese companies will forfeit customer satisfaction and even money to avoid risk.

But with things like the classic systems, there is no risk. None. You KNOW there is a great demand for it

No, the real fear is that Moviepass will eventually mandate movie ticket pricing, either by setting a fixed "reimbursement rate", or by creating an expectation of paying "32 cents" to see a movie.

Owning the DVD of the movie costs less than seeing it in the theaters. There's no excuse for that
