However, most websites are based in the US, and the majority of people on the internet are American, so would sites be shut down because Australia, Canada and Europe aren't big enough markets to sustain them and/or the American ISPs or government could restrict international access to them? As for that thing going around about Portugal, they have Net Neutrality, it's just it doesn't apply to mobile, which is what those plans are for. --- Awww, isn't that cute?
