I remember unboxing this game and playing it and seeing it at a time where it felt cutting edge.

It felt like everything was top of the line. Even the fucking save point. The battle trophies, the costumes, everything felt ultimate.

I was like 12 or 13 when I felt this way. I play the game now and a lot of it feels dated as titties lol. Still though, I'll never forget.

Tbh besides Tri, the last season I saw was Savers. I totally missed Xros Wars, Applimon, and the Adventure Reboot.

Ghost Game's premise is a creative twist on the digimon concept, but sadly I think the episodes so far have done better when they gravitate away from the "ghost stories" gimmick and stick to a more traditional formula. These early episodes have a sort of early Tamers feel, with low stakes and no real direction. I'm gonna stick around at least until the "main" story gets going. It's fun enough so far to have on while I'm playing games or whatever. <_<

Stop the TV Tropes talk and just enjoy it. You're not gonna enjoy anything that way for long.

Where you feel less like playing a game because it's free and it feels like it cheapens it as opposed to getting it on sale or full price.

Sales don't make me feel this way but when a game is a ps plus game (unless it's something obviously critically acclaimed like Uncharted trilogy) it cheapens it for me. Like Stick it to the Man is one example for an indie. Because it was a ps plus game I didn't feel like playing it.

Now that I actually own it (bought it on Switch) I feel like playing it and I beat it finally after not having played it in five years lol.

I don't know why I am so annoyed by this. So I know someone who, as soon as you reconnect with them, they immediately start talking about their kids even though you never ask. And this isn't someone cute or anything. This is someone I stupidly dated when I was 19 who was 41 at the time.

So they reconnected with me a few days ago and they tell me "Hey I thought about you on Thanksgiving" and then they proceed to bombard me with an update on how all of her kids are doing even though I never asked.

I try to be cool and show her what I've been up to (traveling) and she makes it about her kids again. For example I say "I went white water rafting" and she says "Mel did that. She also did this. She also did that."

She has to top everything with either something she's done or something her kids have done. Fucking annoying.

Now she blocks me. What a toxic piece of shit person lol. They will unblock me a year from now and force update me on her kids again for sure.
