Yeah I'm going to injure myself so badly and choke/coma/heart attack while I play (insert game name here.) The difference between this and gaming is that when people game, the obvious intention isn't to game until you hurt yourself. Some people have died gaming when they play for days without getting up, but the goal of gaming doesn't involve overindulging. Eating contests do. A healthy challenge like video gaming of all kinds, chess, biking, exercise, swimming, cross country, hiking, all healthy. Yes they all have potential dangers but the main activity isn't dangerous in and of itself like eating a crapload of things is to try to stuff yourself more than everyone else can.
