Anyway.

Welcome to The Babes Contest World Cup 2012!!

Here's how it's going to work. PLEASE READ THIS. Im looking to get 16 countries in this (4 groups of 4). Each country will play each other, and top 2 from each group will progress to Quarterfinals etc.

Each country will consist of the top 3 nominated babes for that country. The highest nominated babe for said country will be ranked #1, second highest #2 etc. When countries play each other #1 will play #1, #2 will play #2, #3 will play #3. Therefore there are 3 points up for grabs in each match, there shall be no draws, just winners. In case of a tie of progression from the group, the tiebreaker will be how many matches (goals, if you will) each country has won, if its still a tie, it will be done on point difference from all the matches. I will keep the group tables up to date so this will be easily determined.

Nomination Rules

1. You are allowed to nominate up to 5 countries and the 3 girls you want to nominate for each country (Essentially 15 nominations in total). Then every day after that you are allowed to nominate 1 more country and 3 girls for that country (Different from your other noms, obviously).
2. To be eligible for a country, the babe HAS TO HAVE BEEN BORN THERE (Use Wikipedia to look this up).
3. If you really want to vote for a babe who is from a small country (For example Jordana Brewster, Panama) and dont know any other babes that were born in that country, then look up other potential babes from Panama by using Google, im sure there are many hot babes out there to be discovered and this would be a great platform to do that.
4. Please do not vote for the UK (United Kingdom), instead this will be split in to England, Wales and Scotland, so please nominate accordingly. Any votes for just "UK" will be discounted.

UK will not be UK first of all, that will be split in to England, Wales, and Scotland.

Well basically the 3 highest babes nominated for a specific country will get in to the team. Teams will consist of only 3 babes.

Those 3 babes will be ranked in their order via nominations and then face off against other countries within their groups on an individual bases. So topped nommed/ranked babe from Country A plays top nommed/ranked babe from country B. second plays second, thir ranked plays thirs ranked. So the match will be determined by those 3 matches. Therefore there can be no draws, a team can either win 2-1 or 3-0.

To qualify for a certain country the babe merely has to be BORN within that country. So Jordana Brewster would only be eligible for Panama, for example.

A Babes Contest WORLD CUP!

You can nominate up to 5 countries, and nominate a team of 3 girls for each country. Country/Girls with the highest nominations go in to a 16 team World Cup. 4 Groups of 4 and then knock out stages with top 2 from each group qualifying.

God I am a GENIOUS.

The point he was making I think is that a lot of people aren't voting FOR Keibler. They are voting AGAINST Brie.

I'm voting for both of these points to be honest. I still think Keibler is one of the hottest in the contest and deserves her already great success in this and previous contests. Overall she's probably the strongest ever contestant statistically, and for damn good reason.

I also dont find Brie that attractive so its an easy vote for me.

Kyoto is my favorite city in Japan. :D

There is an amazing beer garden at the top of the building that Kyoto tower is on, I highly suggest going there for at least one dinner if you have time. Don't remember the exact price, but it's all you can eat and all you can drink asahi + asahi's other alcoholic beverages if you don't like beer. Also a really big hangout spot for college students after their classes, so you're bound to have all sorts of fun!

I concur with this, that beer garden is epic.

Although I found Tokyo better in every way possible and is still my favourite city in the world.

I want to make sure he lives and goes home to his family, so that he can live a long and good life. And he will go down in history. I've lived long enough, and I haven't done much. Doing this will make my life worth something, and my death worth even more.” Halo replied.

The crowd went absolutely wild. Some even had tears in their eyes over the pure self-sacrificing words that had just come out of the tribute’s mouth.

“Wow, very heartfelt!” Ayv said, wiping away a small tear from his left eye. “He is very lucky to have a fellow tribute like yourself. District 3 should be very proud.”

“Thanks.” Halo smiled and nodded.

“Woo… Right then, still got two more questions.” Ayv laughed. “Now then, your day job is a typical boring District 3 admin job, am I right? And in that case, how well prepared do you think you are for The Games? What qualities do you bring?”

“I'm analytical and I know strategy. I may not be too physical, but I'm a fast learner and I'm sure I can figure out how to kill someone with any sort of weapon I find. I'm also confident I could set up a few traps. My job may not be impressive, but I spend a lot of my free time immersed in fiction and I've learned some stuff that I think will help me in these games. And now since I have someone to protect, I'll have a strong will that won't falter easily.”

The crowd cheered again after his last sentence, they were lapping up the protection story, and the pride of protecting someone so selflessly for the potential greater good of the District.

“Ok last question. This years Games looks like its shaping up to be the best yet, with a lot of very interesting characters and connections between the districts. Now you’ve seen all the other tributes, what do you think of them? Any in particular you are particularly afraid of?”

“Afraid of? Not really. They all have their specialties and abilities to utilize. Any one of them could be just as dangerous as the next. Although I will say... that Ryoko girl, there's something about her... I can't explain what it is. I just feel our paths will cross. And I definitely need to watch out for her.” Halo replied.

“Well you do share the same surname!” Ayv chuckled.

“That is true…” Halo pondered on that thought. “Although I’m pretty sure there is no direct relation.” He laughed.

“Indeed.” Ayv replied. “Well she is certainly one to look out for, but so are you and Flubbin, who have easily gained the biggest applause so far. Everybody lets give it up one more time for Halo Shadow!!!”

The crowd roared once more as Halo left the stage.

Ayv turned towards the TV Cameras. “Well what an astounding first half! We’ve had it all folks! We’ll be back after this quick commercial break. See you in a bit!”

Flubbin, who seemed to have settled slightly to the situation before him, voice suddenly changed to a much more serious tone. “Even if I had a game plan, I think it would be unwise to tell it to the whole world, so I guess you'll just have to wait and see.”

“Ok…” Ayv said, slightly taken aback by the sudden change in maturity and confidence by the young man sitting before him.

”And I'll be completely honest.... I know that my chances of winning are incredibly slim. But don't you think for a damn second that I'm not gonna give it my all. I'd love nothing more than to win for all of the good people back in District 3. Actually, you know what? I'm gonna have to apologize to all of the other tributes, because I am going to win.”

The whole room fell silent, slightly shocked by the steely determination just displayed by Flubbin. One person then stood up and started clapping, which was suddenly followed by every other person in the room, and Flubbin had gotten the loudest cheer so far. Flubbin responded and pumped his fist in to the air, generating an even louder cheer.

Backstage, Ryoko glanced at Chris and rolled her eyes as they were watching what was unfolding on a TV in their dressing room.

“Kids always become a crowd favourite.” Chris said, undeterred by the audience reaction to his fellow competitor. “We have nothing to worry about. He’ll be dead within ten minutes of the start.”

“Wow listen to that roar!!” Ayv exclaimed, clapping along. “Give it up for Flubbin Sixman!!”

Flubbin got up, clapped the crowd, and bounded off stage. He greeted his fellow 3er, Halo, at the stage entrance.

“Good work kid” Halo smiled, giving him a pat on the back.

“Thanks” Flubbin smiled back, and walked towards his dressing room.

“Wow!” Ayv said “What a competitor! Lets see if his fellow tribute is as exciting! Give it up for Halo Shadow!!!”

The theme music cued ) A man in a very basic jet black suit with white shirt and black tie walked out on to the stage and waved to the crowd. He hadn’t gauged as much excitement as the kid that came on before, but Halo expected that.

“Welcome Halo.” Ayv greeted the man sitting before him. “Brave kid on before you huh?”

“Oh yes!” Halo agreed. “Much more ballsy than me!”

The crowd responded with generous laughter.

“So obviously Halo, first of all I have to ask you about the very moving scene we all saw on the live viewing of District 3’s draw selection where you said to your fellow tribute, the young Flubbin, and I quote ‘I got your back, ok kid? Don’t you worry about a thing’.”

The crowd cheered and clapped at the mention of this, which was one of the highlights of the Draw Day’s action.

“What did you mean by that? Did you mean you are planning on protecting this kid in The Games? Would you sacrifice yourself for him if it means he won and left the Arena as the last man standing?” Ayv finished his question.

“Now, as you probably know, your fellow tributes brother was killed by a District 1 tribute a couple of years ago. If given the opportunity, would you help him exact his revenge? Or just leave him to his own devices?” Ayv asked his final question.

“That's a good question, and I'm not entirely sure of what my decision would be. I don't know Deadpool that well. I'm not sure many people in District 2 do. That said, I can't imagine the pain he must've experienced watching is brother be slain in the Hunger Games. Deep down, I think I would help him. I want to make an impact on lives. It's why I became a chemist, and I was on my way to doing that before this year's Hunger Games. I'm not saying my chance to do so is over, but the realist in me knows that I'm fighting low odds here, as is Deadpool. If given the opportunity and plea to help him exact revenge and gain a little peace of mind in the hell that is that arena, well, that's an impact worth making, regardless of what happens after that. That may be a little too honest for my opponents to hear, but what can I say? I'm an open book for the audience. Let's let people know who I am.” He laughed slightly finishing his last sentence.

“Very honest Zazi!” Ayv exclaimed. “I like it! Ladies and Gentleman, give it up for Zazi Guado!!”

The crowd roared and Zazi got up and left the stage.

“Well that was a bit more in depth wasn’t it!” Ayv said excitedly, and the crowd cheered in agreement. “And now we move on to the District 3 tributes. First up, its one of the youngest competitors we’ve ever had on the Hunger Games, now I’m sure he’s quite shy and nervous, so lets give hi a BIG cheer, its Flubbin Sixman!!”

The theme music cued ) and a timid looking boy walked out on stage. You could tell he was on the verge of tears but he held it back well, and the roar of the crowd seemed to lift him slightly.

Ayv went over to him, shook his hand, gave him a pat on the back and led him to his seat.

“Flubbin, how you doing kiddo? You’re one of the youngest tributes we’ve ever had. How are you feeling about being selected?” Ayv said, as comfortingly as possible.

“Um..... well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't incredibly nervous. I never in a million years thought that I'd be picked the first year that I was eligible. I'm still kinda in shock.” Flubbin said honestly, twiddling his thumbs.

“I don’t blame you!” Ayv exclaimed. “But know that this crowd already loves you, and I’m sure your District will be 100% behind you!”

The crowd roared in agreement, clapping and cheering, making the kid feel slightly more at ease.

“Tomorrow is Training Day where you will given your survival stat and odds for The Games. How are you feeling about it? Do you think you can perform well?”

“I don't know, the competition looks pretty tough. I probably won't do the best, but hopefully I won't do the worst. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do, actually, so whatever happens happens I guess.”

“I’m sure you’ll be fine.” Ayv smiled consolingly, knowing that he probably didn’t have much of a chance at all. He kind of felt sorry for him. They shouldn’t be made to compete this young, he thought.

The crowd clapped at the honesty of Flubbin’s answer, producing another smile to the crowd, as if to say a quiet thank you.

“Last question” Ayv started. “Your age and lack of life experience, some might say puts you at an extreme disadvantage in a situation such as The Hunger Games. Do you honestly think you have a chance of survival? And if so what is your gameplan?”
