For a lot of people fasting long time screws up the thyroid and the metabolism, so if you want to experiment its on you, just because you lose weight it doesnt mean your body is in good shape. Its similar to keto, some people can eat steak and eggs for 20 years everyday and they can live until 90, other people do it for 2 months and they end up feeling like death for a long time. --- |
