I mean, I've always understood the Triforce to be this singular, omnipotent artifact created by the goddesses that existed outside the physical realm of Hyrule. Even if duplicate Triforces were made due to the timeline split, wouldn't wishes made on any of them come true in all realities? I feel like it'd be a cause-and-effect type of situation where any action made on any Triforce would result in the same consequence due to its nature, regardless of dimension. Anyone smarter than me on the subject care to enlighten me? Regardless, I could see this becoming an interesting storyline tbh. If Smash Bros. was never a thing until now, and factoring in what modern Nintendo looks like today, I would say Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff, and Ness definitely would not have made the cut. Mario, Luigi, DK, Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, Kirby, and Samus would've been shoe-ins still. Fox I'm on the fence about. For this scenario I'll cut him out. I still only have two other starting villagers living on the island with me, but I have three new plots already set to go. And I'm on my third house upgrade. Slow and steady progress, at least. But I think I was maybe playing it from the wrong perspective. With being bored stuck in quarantine and itching to play a new game, I'm tempted to get this, but I'm not sure I'll enjoy it; I like The Sims, but life simulators are a real hit-or-miss for me.
