From what I've heard... he had pain all over his body and that's when he was admitted to the hospital. Not sure after. Could have been on pain killers. Who knows.

Its just awful that some cancers don't have symptoms until late stage. My dad was diagnosed with a grade 3 brain tumor last year. /:

Actually, they don't. At least in my experience I have been scammed as a buyer and the seller provided tracking to a "fake" address (wasn't my address). Since the seller provided tracking, ebay sided with the seller. I had to go through various stages of customer service and they eventually gave me my money back at ebay's expense (and the seller got to keep their money, or rather, steal my money).

this so hard. I explained it in my second to last post. I think the only way I got my money back was due to the massive complaints by other buyers saying they got scammed, and showing that I was a user for 16 years with 100% feedback. But I had to have the case reopened after I opened it and ebay prematurely close it.

this was about a year ago. I really have been scammed more than half a dozen times in 16 years by sellers, and it's such a hassle. for future users, always check the seller or buyers feedback. Recent Negative feedback is not good and if it's a new account too, I'd be wary as well.

does it show that is was delivered to their exact address? if it shows that, and the buyer can see it, it's out of your hands and the package was either stolen or buyer is trying to scam you.

if the seller really believes she didn't get her package, she'll likely open a dispute. But it should side in your favor.I doubt a legit scammer would go through the hassle of doing that.

just make sure you respond to her email nicely and try to show sympathy. but show the evidence that it was clearly delivered to her exact address. Don't accuse her of trying to scam you. you don't need to, and I'd give her the benefit of doubt Anyway.

I mean it's possible that somebody stole her package.

it's a funny coincidence because I was on the receiving end/customer last year. my package wasn't stolen, but I believe the seller tried to scam me by sending it to my city, but sent tracking to an undisclosed location. I could never confirm it was sent to my exact address.
I also noticed the seller had a ton of feedback that was negative from buyers complaining that they never got their packages and that they believe they got fake tracking too.. I tried talking to the seller twice and did not get a good response whatsoever literally a link saying that it was sent. I had to go through hell to get my money back, opening up a dispute and having it closed by ebay prematurely and having to open it back. what's worse is that it happened twice
