Hell, if you use Bosco then solo play is easier than duo and sometimes even trio play. Even if you were mining every single gold/nitra deposit I feel like you'd struggle to hit 30 minutes solo on the vast majority of layouts and/or mission types. Also if it's taking you an hour surely you've reached the cap for the primary and secondary missions, right? So you could just extract instead of risking any of your mats. Sedation is more for people who are terrified of needles or have complications that prevent the teeth from just being popped out. They'll tell you to eat soft foods, but really you can eat anything that won't disturb the area (e.g. don't drink super acidic/spicy/etc foods). For reference I had some lukewarm orange chicken with the most neutral orange sauce recipe I could muster like 4-6 hours after mine were removed. Regardless of what you eat you should VERY gently rinse the area with water to make sure nothing is stuck in there. I rented a house (~2200) with 2 people from work and after utilities and whatnot we each paid about 1k. I was also paying car insurance, car payment, and student loans which were probably another 1k/month.
