The Northman is a slow burn for sure, most people either love it or hate it

Two Betrayals and Assault on the Control Room are the two longest levels, and they are pretty much the same level except in reverse.

The Maw is a great final level

But yeah, BvS especially got Supes bad, I get Snyder was trying to set up reasons for people to distrust Superman and give Batman a reason to fight him, but it was just executed terribly.

At least Justice League handled Superman way better as a beacon of hope and a real hero for everyone, even though it was totally unearned in BvS for Supes to instantly go from hated by half the people to this angelic martyr 5 seconds after his death. I just pretend BVS doesn't exist when I watch Justice League :)

the last stretch of this manga was so bad it made me reconsider whether i ever want to consume anime/manga again

at the very least i am NOT the target demographic, despite the first 85% of the story fooling me

I just binged the Anime over a few weeks and then read the final 8 chapters or so last night once I was done w/ the show, didn't want to wait until 2023 to find out what happens!

Overall I thought the show was amazing, it was very brutal and soooo many characters die throughout the whole thing. It seemed pretty obvious to me though once Eren had the heel turn that he was probably setting himself up as some "big bad" to unite the world against him on purpose. There was a pretty big shift in the story once the Marly/Eldean war became the focus, but I still enjoyed everything quite a bit.

I thought the ending was perfectly fine too, maybe its because I wasn't invested in the story for years and deep diving into all the fan theories on the Ackerman's and founding titan and what not, so I wasn't disappointed by no ground shaking twists or lore reveals at the end. I think Eren probably should have come up with a better plan w/ all the power he had after getting the Founder, but it was interesting being the Attack Titan forced him to be pretty much helpless in somewhat of a time loop, like Dr. Manhattan. I also wish they explained a bit more on what exactly happened w/ Mikasa and her "decision" that finally freed Ymir? Maybe I just missed it because I was reading it at 2 am last night. Also the Mikasa vision came out of nowhere w/ Eren and their alternative universe happy life together... After reading a bit online it seems like Eren visited all of the main characters sometime before the final battle, had a final chat w/ everyone (we see the Arman talk as they go around seeing the wonders of the world), then wiped their memories. Looks like Mikasa's vision was this visit from Eren, and she was able to access it before Eren died because of her Ackerman blood?

Seems like a lot of people were not happy with the ending when it came out though, not really sure why, I thought it was perfectly fine. Overall great story, I kind of want to watch it again just to see all the foreshadowing and references throughout the story that I am sure I missed.

Also I thought the anime was brutal, but holy fuck those 8 chapters I read were super gory lol I guess they had to cut out a ton of stuff to make it TV friendly.

The Multiversus servers/netcode is not that great, I get matches with people teleporting all over the stage pretty frequently.

Assault on the Control Room felt super long, though there were other factors that made it go even longer for me. It felt nice to use the Scorpion. Its pretty enjoyable to try and force vehicles inside.

I think it is the longest mission in the game, although a couple others are about as long.

Smash Ultimate has sold more than 27 million copies and is only on the Switch, Multiverses is free on all platforms, it still has a ways to go. There is no rivalry between the games either, most smash players are also playing Multiverses...

I just hope Nintendo takes a lesson from how an online system should work and the potential there is if the studio actually supports the competitive scene. There is no reason Ultimate online should be this bad.

If you have beaten Truth and Reconciliation on Heroic, the 3rd mission where you board the Covenant ship, then you should be fine w/ the rest of the game.

I would do Normal if you are in it more for the story than a challenge. Heroic is fairly hard on a first time play through especially if you aren't a Halo regular.

I always loved the vehicle controls in Halo, they felt so simple and intuitive to me lol but Halo was my first FPS and I have been playing it since it came out.

Incline if you are only going to do one exercise, works your shoulders more for that V look and helps balance the upper vs. lower pec muscle (lower pec muscle is naturally thicker). I would do both though, I always do flat bench press and incline dumbell press or vice versa at least for every chest workout.

I finally downloaded Multiversus last night, it is really fun so far, even though I feel like I am still in just the mashing buttons phase and am not really sure how to play any of the characters.

I really hope Smash takes a lesson for their next game on how to run online modes. Multiverses is full of the modern Battle Pass stuff and micro transactions, but damn this is soooo much better than what we got for Ultimate. There is a real sense of progression for each character, decent unlockables, a good ranked mode. And then the basic stuff like being able to form a party for 2 vs. 2 w/ your friends, options to rematch for best of 3, super easy social features to track everyone you play and look at their career stats, being able to change your character and keep the same opponent.

Ultimate blows Multiversus out of the water in terms of gameplay, but I still cannot wrap my head around how crappy and unrewarding the Ultimate online system is, and I am not even talking about net code lol
