My skill went up significantly once I stopped only grinding quickplay and started doing battle arenas, especially when it is just 2 people in the arena. A lot less pressure and frustration, you learn to be a lot more patient.

To get into Elite, a lot of it is mentality. After like 5 games I am frustrated and I start just holding forward and mashing buttons, causing a lot of losses, so I try not to do more than a few games in a row.

Also I have found that for some reason a lot of the opponents when you are 1 or 2 wins away from Elite are really good, then once you get in the quality drops quite a bit until you get closer to the top of Elite.

Not really sure, people might be scared about Colorado regulatory rules since there is a high profile pad going through the rules now that is getting some media attention from a different company that is probably spooking some investors.

Civi has earnings at the end of the month, and judging from oil and gas prices now their profits should be a lot higher than guidance

Is he parking in an actual parking spot, or is he parked illegally? Sounds like your condo (is it a condo?) complex has designated parking spots, is he in a designated spot in front of your garage? Seems weird they would design the parking lot w/ parking spaces that block a garage exit? The diagram helps but I am still a bit confused.

Im sure your HOA has monthly meetings, go to the next one (it could be on zoom also) and explain your story during the home owner forum, see what the HOA board members say about it.

I've been wanting to get back into Pokemon for awhile but I had wasted my money on Moon a few years ago as I just couldn't get into it. I even bought Let's Go Pikachu but barely touched it. I also heard so many bad things about Sword & Shield that I sorta just ignored them. I enjoyed watching the gen 4 remakes being broken but I don't think I would buy them myself. I hear Legends: Arceus is the most challenging Pokemon game though which does appeal to me

That's how I feel about Sword and Shield, it was my first pokemon game since Red/Blue, and I tried twice to play through it, and quit both times at 6 badges. Just 0 motivation to keep playing, a big waste of money.

Arceus looks like everything I assumed a console Pokemon game would be, maybe I will get it in the future.

Then when you add in 0 plans for a $25k car, 0 plans or ideas on how to bring Cyber Truck to market, when asked about how Tesla planned to hit their sales targets for 2023 and beyond with no affordable $25k car, Elon just says "Well with self driving a $50k car becomes a $10k car, robotaxis!!!" and then he followed up with his classic line he has been using for the last 8 years "I would be SHOCKED if we didn't have fully self driving cars by the end of the year"

Any news on an Xbox Series X FF14 port? I am really interested in trying this game out after all this buzz it has gotten, but I got no PS5 or gaming PC.

Is it still possible to raid on consoles, or are you severely nerfed? I'm just thinking of my old WoW days, w/ like a dozen abilities to manage during combat, clicking w/ the mouse and hotkeys seems like the only way to keep up. Also, how do you type in chat on a PS5?
