The job has nothing to do with me wanting to call in sick.

Is it anxiety? I know I have suffered with that before. It can be hard to face the world sometimes.

I go and change my pants, get them ready for a load of wash before the stain can set in, if the stain persists I'll rinse it in cold water get some enzyme detergent to sit on the stain for 5 mins before putting it through another wash.

If the stain is still there I'll combine some ammonia with an equal amount of water and dish liquid, let it sit for a few mins before washing again.

The last option would be to use some baking soda, but I think it would be good before I need to resort to that.

I read stuff on Reddit about how people knew they were in love and you have these people with these emotional responses after only only 4 months dating. I'm coming up on 6 and I have no idea

Everyone is different and feels things in different ways. You can't judge how you feel based on other people. There really is no normal with this stuff. I fall in love really easy.... enough so that I had to hold back the I love you as I knew it was moving too fast, but once I knew things were right I was able to say it. It's totally normal to be on the opposite end of that as well.

Yes and no, it's pretty obvious by reading most online communitys that most guys do not see women as equal, i'm in support of changing that.

However the ones who think women are better... no, 0 support on my side. There may be some things that most men are better than women at, or vise versa.... but as people in general were equal and any side that doesn't support that doesn't have my support.

I feel like putting more weight into race as an identiy isn't really helpful for anyone or any group and just focuses on more of the differences making it harder to connect.

The whole impasse is that they make you believe everyone is equal, when every person is different. Idiots like Clinton say she should have been chosen because she's a woman (a dumb one at that), and yet man and woman are the same. With this logic going on in the US its no wonder Trump became president.

No one should be allowed to be elevated above someone else just because of what they are. Be it Man, Woman, White, Black, doesn't matter really.

We really are equal in a human sense, we all have the potential to be good people and to make a difference to those around us, We of course all have aptitudes, strength's and weakness but isn't it about supporting the weakness of others with our strength more then it is using our strenths to put down others? In those aspects we are different, but it doesn't have to be in a way to oppress others.

Clinton should not have been chosen because she is a Woman, if she was to be chosen it should have been based on her ablity, which yes could be every bit as good as any man, I don't believe gender should really have anything to do with it.

I mean how would Chapelle or any other continue their work if that were true? Since when can't you even make jokes about a white guy, a mexican and a jew. What is allowed nowadays

How have we as a society let this get so out of hand, that there are posters justifying this and 10% of people are voting yes?

Considering the road we are going down, you cannot reasonably rule out that in 20 years, you could have people saying you're Animalphobic for not fucking animals

Some low intelligence user will try and say I'm comparing transgenders to animals, because they lack basic comprehension abilities. To clarify, for the new ridiculous modding rules, I am not doing that at all. That would be stupid and cruel. I am, however, attacking this bizarre, out of touch with reality bologna that you're able to tell other people who they should be fucking, and call them at bigot if they don't subscribe to your fantasy world

I agree with this, 20 years ago we had the same type of mentalty towards gay people and look where that got us. As soon as we accept that some people are just into what they are into we will all be better off. I wouldn't expect you to be attracted to someone outside of preference anymore then you would expect a gay guy to not be into men right?

Honestly this is just silly. People can be attracted to what every they want. I mean, trans stuff mostly has to be with someones past. If I found out someone I was dating at one time had connections to a gang, or was a really heavy drug user I might consider not continuing to date them.

Why would them being trans be any different. We are a combination of our life experences and that makes us who we are. While our pasts should never be all of who we are, it is a good piece of it and if you can't accept someone for their past then why is that a problem?

I strongly will fight for trans rights, my best friend in the entire world is a transman, but expecting people to change their sexual prefernce falls back into dark ages mentalty.

I'm a lesbian, do you expect me to find men attractive? No. That would be a really backwards way of thinking. I am allowed to find attractive what I find attractive. I can't even see how this is an argument in 2018. I thought we were way past the fact that people have no contol over their sexual preference.

Seems there were a lot of questions of what I meant by "Real" Just putting this on the current page as I think a lot of people didn't read my full post.

"Real meaning, you would treat them as you would treat any woman. Doesn't mean you have to date them, but more you would treat the trans part as something like being overweight, or smoking. Not something that would make them less of a woman. Nothing to do with dating."

Treating them like women and considering them real women isn't the same thing.

I know a MtF person, and I refer to her with female pronouns. I respect that she identifies as a female. Do I see her as one of the girls? I suppose, based on her mannerisms.

Would I say she's a "real" woman? Not exactly. First and foremost, she's a transwoman.

Do you feel like most people who transition would want to be Transwoman? Or do you feel their end goal is to be woman? I feel like most I know would want to be a Woman first, and Trans second. More like a extra, and not so much an sub group. I personally don't see the point of a transition if you end up being something else other then the desired gender that matches how they feel inside, wouldn't that just cause further emotional issues?

I personally feel the most sucessful trans people who likely live the best lives are those that people don't know are trans at all, for if it were to ever get out they would never be allowed to return to their lives as a normal girl again.

This is basically girl code for "I think you're ugly as shit, but I'm not going to say that cause it would make me look like the bitch that I am".

How is it girl code? More a human thing. If someone asked you that they likely either know you a bit and have romantic feelings for you or at least feel comfortable enough around you to ask that. Your not going to want to throw it all in their face and ruin their day.

No one wants to hurt someone when they are making themselves vulnerable.

There's like a few measures you can use imo like...

What are her goals and aspirations?

What is she doing to meet those?

Does she have habits you think will be compatible with your future lifestyle (drug use could be a pretty big one)?

Do you spend a lot of time arguing?

Does she share a lot of the same interests as you? Big ones are politics/racial/social issues. Secondary ones are music/movies/TV. It's obv ok to like different groups but do one or both of you spend a lot of time berating each other for dumb shit like if a song is good or not?

Are your conversations interesting? This is a big one. You're going to be talking to her a lot. Does she just talk about work and her friends all day or do you get into more engaging abstract topics?

In my opinion it's not about finding "the one", it's about finding a really strong friend who you trust and enjoy spending the majority of your time with.

Fully agree with this. For me I know I had found the one when I always looked forward to spending more time with her. When I looked forward to coming home to see her. That I actually enjoy all the time I have with her.

I agree that no one should ever be able to tell you your preference in a partner, I think it's a step back to assume that anyone has any control what they find attractive and what they do not.

However this topic is just about if you would consider them to be women, nothing to do with dating them or attraction.

54 (71%) don't consider trans women to be real women.

Yes or no was a little to vague, I was curious to see the reasons for the hate or support I've been seeing. This at least helps me see more of where people stand. If anything I would have removed the never if I did it over.

That option is the main problem, yeah.

I guess in my head I was wondering if people felt the same if tech ever got to the point of where we could just customize our looks from the DNA up and things like race and gender were able to be changed with a few button clicks. That's why I included that option, but looking back it was a bad idea.

My results so far
16 yes they are
3 yes they are and you're a bigot to say otherwise
12 no they are not
9 no and you'd be crazy to say otherwise

Close, but No has the lead with 21 to 19 yes'

Another interesting note, is that the people who were supporters of yes were incredibly hostile. They flamed people who thought otherwise, called them stupid, bigot (their favorite word), trolls and had numerous cries to close the topic/silence the opposition

I am interested in seeing if the above was an anomaly or not

I saw an super large amount of hate in the other topic, so I figured I would at least see where people stood. It's really interesting to see how people feel about issues that don't actually impact them.

The best advice I can give is to not make any big decisions right away. Take some time to think about this. Think about what you want in life, where you want this to go.

Realize that transitions have boundary's and are not perfect, It won't be a way to make lots of your problems go away. Even Cis girls have some things they wish they could change that will always be beyond them, and if you transition there will be walls that can never be broken.

All in all, don't make a decision that your not 100% sure about. Build a support team, take it slow, just make sure what ever you do you do it safe and you don't push too fast as you may regret the outcome if you rush into things.
