Got Sacred Heart from the sac room and then Prayer Card from first item room. Couple that with Health Up being in the pills pool, and I could take as many Devil Deals as I wanted. Brim and Eye of the Occult were in the same Devil Room. GG. I got bird's eye which shoots fire tears based off luck, and there's a trinket that drops after 3 floors of no damage that gives +10 luck (Perfection), so non-stop fire tears. It only matters if you're one of those people who has to 1 billion percent the game. Before tbh Hard mode was in some ways EASIER than normal, because Champion enemies had higher chance of drops. It's why there's an item that spawns more champions. I also beat the alt path my second time trying as Azazel (normal mode, not going to fuck around with Hard mode anymore because I want to actually have a chance of winning and unlocking stuff). If you see Eye of the Occult with Azazel take it. It is one of those items like Ludovico Technique that is just absolutely broken on him. I felt comfortable with it so I never messed with it.
