I really hate seeing all of this, but i guess its needed to be mainstream news for something to change! How can anyone defend this shit? I listened to the RadioLab podcast yesterday (https://www.wnycstudios.org/podcasts/radiolab/articles/graham) about police brutality and I kinda understand the pressure and that split decision actions in situations that is hard to judge in the moment, but a lot of this stuff just seems unforgivable! | Alkeez 06/09/20 9:50:00 AM #1 | I got it cheap (with full warranty) because it came with no box or instructions, so i wonder how to connect it to get the most out of it I see that there are two HDMI IN & one HDMI Out (TV-ARC) I wonder what the HDMI IN does? Can i connect my PS4 and Nintendo Switch to the HDMI INs and just have one output to the tv? And that way the TV wil receive the video signals from the PS4+NS and the Soundbar will play the audio? Is that how those work? (If yes, what happens if both the NS and the PS4 are on?) Before i have had all audio through the TV and the output was to an audio system that was connected with the headphones output (AUX). Like capitalism doesnt have really strong points and some parts of socialism that can be used, without going all out bananas. Im pretty sure most capitalists dont want pure capitalism either... But at what point does either go too far? I cant really accurately speak for USA, since i dont live there, but i read the news and i get the feeling some of the problems are like its in my country. The wage gap between the rich and the poor is increasing to the point where it, at least, feels unfair to a lot of people. The politicians salary is so high, so it doesnt feel like they represent, or even care for an increasing number of people. I guess thats why people start liking the idea of socialism, since the current system feels like its getting increasingly unfair and more rigged (politician being puppets for big companies. Thats a talking point for both republicans and democrats, right?) Wouldnt it be better to talk about what kind of defence mechanisms the current system, which mostly works, has from flirting with radical changes/ideas? I havent studied history, but i dont have the feeling that these socialist/communist states went from "everything is fine" to "lets have a revolution" in a day. Im guessing its people struggling and that the rate of the struggle between rich and poor escelates to the point where it feels unfair to enough people, so that a crowd can easily be rallied. Happy to be corrected on the last part, if im wrong. Might not be how i envision it. I dont remember who said it, but it was on the Joe Rogan Experience, the guy said something like: Want to prevent socialism? Feeling lonely sucks, but getting yourself into a war (if i read your posts correctly?) because of it.... There are so many unkowns that can really f___ your life up. Not only getting injured physically, but PTSD etc Besides, i dont know how your country works, but its not easy to get transferred to a combat zone, is it?
