Saints Row 2 is, IMO, the best in the series by a long shot. I've done playthroughs where the main character looked like the AVGN, Pee-Wee Herman, Beavis, Butt-head, Mr. Rogers (just to name a few) and had a blast every time.

Amen to that. I've hated coconut ever since I went to a birthday party across the street from where I lived when I was 5 and the birthday kid went with coconut cake. One bite and I was puking my guts out.

When I was a kid - yes. Now...the thought of shoveling out the driveway and watching how I drive...glad I live in Florida (though we DID get snow back around Christmas 1989 - just a light powder, though).

Before the pandemic, I donated platelets every so often, and blood pressure was one thing that was checked in the screening process - I was usually about mid-high 130s/mid-high 80s.

Saturday, I sleep about 7 hours (11 pm - 6 am, I have to work). Sunday...I'm off, so I go to bed later and usually get up about 7 or 8 am.

Ace Attorney Investigations 2 comes to mind.

I mean, I read somewhere that there was a case in it where you could play as Miles Edgeworth's dad, Gregory - and the case in question was the one where he got prosecutor Manfred von Karma's otherwise perfect record ruined and it led to Gregory being murdered in an elevator (the DL-6 case, it was solved in the first Ace Attorney game, IIRC). But noooooo...Capcom refused to localize it because they believed a bunch of stupid sales projections regarding it - and apparently those projections showed AAI2 would be a money loser or something.

When I was a lot younger, the face-peeling scene from Poltergeist freaked the crap outta me. To this day, I still refuse to watch Poltergeist.

I admit Large Marge made me jump, but then again...I wasn't expecting that.

Before my parents retired, they relied on me to prepare pork chops or chicken wings every now and again. For some reason, I always got the right ratio when it came to sprinkling on spices. I've copied down some recipes I'd like to try, but haven't gotten around to trying them.

I was off from work that day (I was done with school - graduated high school in 1994 and got my bachelor's degree in 1999), and driving my dad's truck. Mom was borrowing my car because Dad took her vehicle in to the dealership for maintenance. I heard something on the radio about it, and Dad said something about the Pentagon being hit when I got home.
