Rules of both Train like an Olympic Athlete: you get a randomly picked sport from here: https://www.generatormix.com/random-olympic-sports (Change to 1 the generate) And you will be trained for 30 days in that sport doing any training regimen that's required. Swim for 8 hours: you swim for 8 hours, it doesn't have to be a straight 8 hours but every day before midnight you have to swim for at least 8 hours. Base pokemon sword/shield is only 10.5 gb base BotW is 13.4 gb.
