It's not like the second it hit 2000, the world was a different place. Post 9/11 is when shit started getting different. I was born in 95. My siblings were born in 88 and 89. A lot of the stuff from my childhood are totally 90s things due to what my older siblings liked, played, watched, etc. But I don't really walk around "woo 90s kids" because I think being nostalgic is stupid, plus the ambiguity of what constitutes a 90s kid is stupid. --- Slow and steady wins the race |

It was a combination of piss-poor communication skills by the 911 dispatcher (saying it was active shooter situation) and the hiring of a cop who wasn't mentally healthy enough to be doing the job. It also didn't fucking help that A) nobody told the boy to not play in public with a toy gun B) they toy gun had its orange tip removed C) the boy drew the gun on the cops as soon as they got there His death could've been avoided, not just on the cops end. Actually I change my answer. Watch DOFP. It's an excellent movie that has a remarkable ensemble cast with great performances by Hugh, James, and Michael. More importantly the movie actually weighs heavy on the relationship between Logan and Xavier, and arguably the most other than Logan.
