All of our supervisors and management was recently replaced by all women half a year ago. Ever since then, i've noticed that the men have worked more hours than the women including the new female temps. New temps are supposed to be maxed out first. But instead what i see is the women and female temps going home early and the men having to stay into overtime to cover that extra work that should've been given to the temps.

I brought this up to my supervisor and her excuse was "the job is difficult and they cant handle it"..... No shit its difficult. But company rules are that temps should be maxed out first before giving anybody else extra overtime.

So can i simply report her to HR and have them look closely at the employees hours?

All that broccoli you introduced into your diet probably cleaned up your intestines a bit. If you want an even deeper cleaning, incorporate more corn into your diet. Preferably alongside the broccoli. You will lose ten pounds of built-up cruft after a few weeks!
