Went today and rode 8 miles on the bike which is the furthest I've ever done. My knee will pay for it tomorrow. Also day 2 of salad and egg whites only. Also, I'm awaiting my elbow sleeve and starting my 6 week, add 30 pounds on bench press program. Looking to be at 370ish when its done. --- Brady will never receive a HOF vote.
