A.I. is not an evil. If the A.I.'s prime directive is to ensure humanity is at maximum comfort and happiness, I believe it is more capable than any human of achieving that.

AI has no prime directive. It's a tool like any other. If those that are using the tool are using it for nefarious purposes then it will cause misery. AI is most often exploited by the rich to do mass surveillance and cut down on labor. A lot of the problems with AI art stem from capitalism.

How is China going to harm me any more by having my data than a company within the US having my data? If anything, the US government (which all big companies are in bed with) has much easier access to me and thus has a better chance of harming me.

No thoughts tbh, but I'll read more about it. Highest I've ever worked with was with Java 11. Everything else in Java 8. Never heard of GraalVM. After a quick Google search, it sounds interesting.
