Super Metroid is more popular here than any MGS game. Samus gets a lot more strength from Smash than Snake. Metroid Samus Returns remake was pretty well received and just released last year.

Because it's a remake & wasn't on the 3ds million seller list, I assume most Samus voters weren't thinking about this game when they voted for her.

Thanks, but out of curiosity, how were you able to access that? Where did you find it?

The bracket entry form had 2c in the URL, so I just put that into the mybracket page and it worked. It just wan't directly linked anywhere on the site, I think, but the page was there.

I think the main flaw is his script writing/speaking voice, but the actual content that he provides is top notch. The information is worthwhile enough that you can put aside the presentation issues.

I can't envision what type of backgrounds people would be using that aren't this. How else would you "represent" the games like that? It's not like you can make a full picture art like in the old contests where the character positions were more important.
