I'm told that I tend to stress eat a lot, but really I've just historically been a fat ass who stuffed his face. Now, I have to stay in shape because I'm trying to join the military and rotc, and I just can't control myself man. It fucking sucks now, because I live all alone in this shitty dorm thousands of miles away from my family and I don't have a meal plan because the stupid ass virus shut the campus down so now I have to essentially self fund my eating disorder. I just buy shit, shove it down my fat face and throw it all up in my own bathroom that I have to clean up now. This week alone, I spent $100 exclusively on fast food which I threw up. and it just sucks so much donkey dick. My stomach is in knots and constantly hurting because I've doing this shit for over two years now. I have marks on my index finger's knuckle from the acid, and my body just constantly feels like miserable shit now. What do I do man? I just don't know what to do anymore.
