The husband of a suburban woman killed while parasailing in the Florida Keys last year is speaking out about the incident for the first time, and filing a second lawsuit.

It was supposed to be a fun family trip to the Florida Keys, and quickly turned into a tragedy.

Thursday morning, the widower of the woman killed in a parasailing incident spoke for the first time about it as the family files a new lawsuit in her death, naming the boat captain, his first mate and a resort marina in the Keys.

"If the people we trusted from the parasailing company and Captain Pip's Marina had done their jobs, my wife would still be with us today," Srinivasrao Alaparthi said.

Supraja Alaparthi, 33, her 10-year-old son and 7-year-old nephew were in a harness, in the air when court documents say the parasail began "pegging," meaning the parasail turned into the high winds and dragged the boat.

Dark clouds moved in, and the family's attorney's said the boat captain took them out in bad weather, then cut the line tethering Alaparthi and the children to the boat.

"The defendants in this case never checked the weather, and they never stopped the boat from leaving the dock that day, despite laws clearly prohibiting parasailing activities when weather like this in the area," said Pedro Echarte, with The Haggard Law Firm. "He did the one thing that you never do in this case. He cut the tow line, and, at that point in time, he lost all control of that parasail."

That's when they slammed into a bridge. Supraja was killed, and the children were injured.

I'll never forget the pure evil of this incident that seemingly could only happen in a movie. I know I think I already posted this a year ago when it happened but now he's doled out two lawsuits one for the Captain and one for the company.

I can only speculate two things. He liked that kid way more or guilt hit him and that's why he offed himself

My speculation was that by the time it was for the last kid he had got out of the "heat of the moment" and realized what he had done by then and/or realization of how young will last kid so was.

Admittedly I have a quite a few saucy ex pics, most of them only said no one else can ever see them except you which I upheld. Only one asked me to delete which I did but it would be awfully hard to if your ex was harpie.

Yeah there's some pretty bad ones. That's why I'm stuck with the orange one because I found when I liked. But that's the cost of picking out low calorie ice cream. The only other one I remember enjoying is salted caramel?

That's not an answer to what I said. What I implied is that you rather blatantly tend to post rather right wing stances to things, while not ever seeming to actually say much on the other side of things. Obviously that paints a certain picture of you.

And I think you're always going to have that perception unless you actually talked to me in real life. I don't think anything I say here could ever convince you otherwise and at the end of the day, doesn't really matter what you think of me.

I'm just usually not interested in saying something that's already been repeated over and over again. Most of the time it doesn't make sense to say what's already been said, I feel like a broken record.

The lines start out pretty good, looks like they take some liberties in the later lines but nothing crazy.

I don't see how it makes you alt right to want accurate translations. While some of the localizations sound better grammatically, some of them are losing their original meaning.

Also you'll find every complaint under the sun in the steam forums. I've lost so many brain cells reading about people asking for multiplayer in the cold ruthless single player focus survival game, The Long Dark. Or how devs are money hungry when they make a DLC and their main game is packed with content.

Actually most cartoons get two seasons at least. Mostly because it's not financially viable to create have someone create all that "art" for one season worth of content. There's a lot of reusable assets.
