when Lee died, it had to do with the President's last stand, which was a major story, and what was more important (to them).

I still liked the movie overall, even though I wasn't always watching it.

That makes sense. The death meant something. And it was pretty spooky when Jessie snaps those shots of her falling.

My only issue beside the nitpicks is I really dont like the whole concept of mainstream war journalism. I really hate these characters. They dont behave consistently either. When Sammy dies they go through this whole period of mourning. But when Lee dies at the end they just step over her body? What did I miss?

Still, I thought it was pretty good especially the third act. Alex Garland is one of my favorite directors and while this might not be his best I think its worth a watch.

I can tell just by the look its perfect. Light, doesnt flop around. Crispy and soft at the same time. Ive never seen a place put the basil on the side but I like it.

It sounds absolutely ridiculous, but when you really think about it, your parents are pretty helpful when selecting your first job. They were the first people I talked to after my first set of interviews after college. Maybe this becomes the norm as crazy as that sounds.
