Dude. This isn't about what he sold or what parties agreed on, it's about what one party lied about for personal benefits. Do you think if the banks sent out "evaluators" to assess it and agree with his assessments this would have happened? You're also trying to nit pick and avoiding the tax fraud part of it.

Yea I had to rephrase it several times just to get anything relevant to turn up. Initially google just kept sending me articles about the company that used to make the strategy guides going out of business in 2018.

I am curious if anyone else does remember it because it's an interesting story.

But with a time-traveling organization out to kill him so that his descendant is never born, Dan traveled through time himself and used a variety of unique power-ups to stop them. In the February 1993 issue of Nintendo Power, the game received a four-page strategy guide including tips and level layouts. Time Diver was scheduled to release later that year. But for unknown reasons, it never did. Luckily, various prototypes have been uploaded online, showing that it was almost complete.

Ninja Taro is a cancelled US localization of Ninja-kun Ashura no Sh ( ), a platformer released by Jaleco for Famicom in Japan on May 10, 1985. It was planned to be released by American Sammy in the United States. In addition, the game was ported from the arcade game originally released by UPL, with the arcade version being released in US as Rad Action (released by World Games) or JT 104 (released by United Amusements).
This game was also featured in Nintendo Buyer's Guide Vol.1 No.1b[1] and Nintendo Strategy Guide Vol.1 No.2[2] of Game Player's magazine published in August 1988. The game was also exhibited at Winter CES in January 1989,[3] but was never finally released. The reason for the game's cancellation is not known, and no prototype ROM has surfaced as of 2023.

I was trying to find something to drink when I tried to stop drinking soda a few years back. Apparently artificial sweeteners are linked to increased appetites, which explained why I gained a few pounds when I stopped drinking soda. I can't drink tea it tastes so bad, so I was trying to drink the sparkling waters which all have sucralose or fructose.

probably gen 6, especially if you count the RS remakes.

still have a big fondness for gen 1 and 2 though, and gen 5 wasn't a favorite but it's easily the best the games have ever looked.

Technically I think B2 & W2 are probably the all around best entries in the franchise. I'm not going to call them my favorites (HGSS are) but if I try to be "objective" with it.

Anything would be better than Trump. A basic campfire could lead better.

It's gen 4 which is why their post really REALLY confused me. I don't understand how anyone could say "game play was great!" before the physical special split. It caused so many confusing problems when I played the games as a kid and I couldn't understand why certain pokemon were trash despite having good stats.

Honestly I don't know anything about the ranks, I just figured he only showed one match because he got tossed out after for being disrespectful and not fighting properly.

So... this is pretty stupid. Martial arts are "sports" they have rules to reduce risk of permanent injury. So he showed up without respect for sport and goes "I'm technically not breaking any rules" to be a dick. A tournament isn't a street fight and I'm not feeling particularly impressed watching him use a tournament setting to prove he is better when he refuses to fight by the same sporting standards.
