no, the only time I've ever used credit cards is when I am already planning on making a large-ish purchase, and there are cards with those introductory instant cash-back or rebate deals happening.

that way, it's basically a huge coupon for something I was planning on buying anyway. then I'll pay off the bill immediately and never touch the card again.

are there any updates/changes to the game or is it basically a 1:1 copy of the original with improved graphics?
debating using some of my steam $$ I have saved up to buy it, or whether I should just replay FES on ps2 and save the steam $$ for later.

oldschool runescape, currently on dragon slayer quest (i'm f2p only)
gta v, not really playing it. i'm trying to clone the vehicle physics, camera system, and police system so i can release a decent-ish gta clone before gta VI releases

decent game, it's basically a final fantasy 7 themed third person shooter. I had fun with it, rented it a few times back in the day and probably beat it twice.

I think some people are denying the singular "they" due to nefarious reasons, but I also think that some are being overly pedantic about grammar.

yes, there are instances in writing where singular "they" is 100% fine and usable. there are other instances when it can become confusing about whether you are referring to "they" as in singular or "they" as in a group.

like writing about three people, one goes by "he/him" the other "they/them" and the other "she/her"

who is taller than Jill? Patrick and Jen, or just Jen?
Is Patrick shorter than both Jen and Jill? or just Jen?

obviously this is a fringe hypothetical, but I can see where the pedantic crowd is coming from. They are most likely grammar nerds through and through. However, I do not think that they would make a big fuss over this, and instead would ask for more context than demand "don't use singular they"

the nefarious group, on the other hand? doesn't matter the context to them. they're gonna deny things that don't fit their worldview regardless of whether it is proper grammar.

nah, probably not. kids are pretty expensive already, so it'd be cheaper and better to make the food at home. also doing that gives more opportunities for cute family shit and memory stuff for the kids.

ask for a water bottle instead of the pop, idk. the wendy's by my house will swap the pop with just about any liquid they sell without changing the price.

Because you're stuck with very specific food in very specific sizes, and if you want literally anything else it's not so cheap.

seriously, if you get two of them you get 8 nuggets, 2 drinks, 2 burgers, and 2 small fries which is basically a large fry for $10

also how come fast food gets taxed but food at the grocery store isn't taxed

fried, sort of.
I don't have a dedicated fryer so I fill a pan and fry it that way. It's kinda shallow so I have to flip the chicken, but it turns out pretty good. I use beef tallow

yeah, I think it's 3 months exclusivity. that's not to say the port will be available in 3 months, but compared to remake it should be quicker. Rebirth is using the same modified UE4 as Remake, and I'm guessing a lot of the codebase is shared between the two games, so the port shouldn't take as long because a lot of the work is already done.

I was thinking about doing the same thing, but I realized it was all FOMO and the PC port will get released before I know it.
If I can somehow find a used PS5 for like $300 or convince a friend to loan me theirs, I'll play rebirth on the ps5. if not, I'm just gonna save my money and wait for the port.

try changing her diet to include more wet food as well as get grain-free dry foods.

I'd personally avoid dry food/kibble altogether, but wet food is a lot more expensive so it might not be affordable for everyone.
