You can be a felon and run for president. You can be in prison and run for president.
Being in prison makes campaigning harder, but is probably totally doable nowadays. Especially if you are already very well known and have an entire political party supporting you.

People facing jobs, which food delivery counts as, require you to know whatever the common language in the area.

Things like assembly line work can often be done without knowing the language.

Doing that makes you sound like really depressed.

If a neighborhood consists of purely residential uses, it is dead. You need businesses to generate value. Stuff like a house where part of it was converted to a coffee shop. Someone doing woodwork. A two story house where the bottom floor is a bakery.

And a small mechanic isnt a big deal when you consider that it is common for people to do like oil changes and car work in their driveway.

And Id say it increases value for the neighborhood because being able to drop your car off and easily walk back to your house is way better than driving halfway across town because those things are only allowed in specific areas.

I already hear power tools pretty often. It doesnt bother me and is a sign of a healthy neighborhood. If theres nobody using their house for light commercial or light industrial activities, then the neighborhood is dead and isnt producing value.

A mechanic shop is entirely reasonable thing to have in a residential area. Though you should have actual hours and not be working on stuff at random times.

Depends on what is considered overgrown. Like if that bans actually good landscaping because the rule only allows lawns, then the rule is bad.

Squatting is fine. It is a fairly efficient way of bringing abandoned properties back into the housing market. Something like 5-7 years of actual, open, notorious, exclusive, and hostile occupancy would be reasonable.
This is better than possession transferring to the government who then proceeds to auction the property off because this actually ensures the property gets used.

The problem is the exploitation of tenancy laws that shouldn't apply to people who weren't entitled to use the property at any discretion beyond the owner's.

If the owner wants someone out of property there should only be one civil request required before the police have immediate and full jurisdiction to force vacancy. I'd say 72 hours max to voluntarily vacate who would fit the definition of "squatting" (so anyone occupying outside of a mutual and permitted agreement with the property owner).

And all rental agreements need to be written. I'm not sure how fair it is towards people paying rent off the books but, quite frankly, they should demand the property owner sign a rental agreement for their own defense. If they fail to do that then it's on them if the 72 hours kicks in.

Also this. All those shitty stories are the result of people being treated as tenants even though they were not.

They dont though. There are some true believers, but most of the voters say that the election was stolen not out of actual belief but because it is useful as a signal.
Saying the election was stolen means you support Trump, not that you think the election was stolen.

It is something that a typical Biden supporter cant say so it is a reliable signal for showing tribal membership.

If the typical republican voter actually believes the election was stolen, then we will see Biden win in a landslide this November.

Most GOP members do not believe the election was stolen. The actual actions taken show that it isnt a real belief. They do believe it is the thing that a GOP member should claim to believe though.

Like its exactly this. Like its certain things you cant miss without actively trying.

It is easier than ever to exist in your own bubble though. Like with streaming services you can listen to thousands of artists and still be completely out of the loop. While if you tried to listen to a bunch of things in the past, you'd be listening to all the radio stations and you'd know whatever the current popular songs of whatever genres were relevant enough to get radio play.

That is probably the entire point of this. Getting rid of the libertarian party would mean getting rid of the 3rd party most likely to draw votes away from the republican party. In a close election, that could make a difference.
