So what do y'all use for up-to-date news nowadays? Social media in general is a cesspit lorded over by hearsay and my local newspapers and tv stations unfortunately have a right-wing slant. I find myself viewing AP news more and more lately but I feel I have to question if it has any bias as well with the amount of advertising run on it.

I have some nostalgia for blitzball.

I remember Brother being an absolute beast. Mandatory midfielder. Like 30% faster than everybody else, good defense.

I think I had Miyu as a goalie for a long time. Not sure if I eventually caved and recruited Nimrook. He made playing against his team a pain. Ditching players that weren't scaling well hurt!

Tidus a.k.a. Jecht Shot was absolutely busted. It almost made the game feel pointless.

Pretty sure I had at least one Ronso, one original Auroch, and maybe a Guado? Can't remember. I wonder if I could dig up an old memory card and figure it out.

There's a scary period when invisible shot starts spreading through the league like a pestilence, but goalies eventually outlevel it. Had a real feud with the first actual shooter to learn the skill.

I think wither tackle was super important.

I also love how everyone can just breathe underwater and it's barely addressed. (I know, technically they're just holding their breath forever)

I think they mention at some point they're using pyreflies to sustain themselves or something?

anyway besides the clear champs I liked Tatts, who IIRC has decent stats and a lot of useful skills
