The game has a lot of replayability with alternate paths and hidden story lines. I suggest playing as blind as possible your first time through, with whatever skills you feel like and go from there. If you enjoy the game, you'll be replaying it at least a half dozen times if not more, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to experiment with different builds.

I'm guessing the Brewers analogy is that they have been a successful small market team for years, but always fall short in the postseason (without even making it to the world series).

I assume that's referencing how Seymour is not a series icon, but has had a successful run in SMFFC, yet, has never made it to a final. That can change though. Just needs a few extra supporters, and who knows, maybe he'll have them this year.

That was a fun stat. The Brewers have been to the postseason 10 times as a franchise (6 in the past 10 years). In their first 9 playoff appearances, the team that knocked them out had gone on to reach the world series, at minimum. That streak finally ended last year.

does anyone else think the journalist is using the notion that it might have all been fake as an easy excuse for why he didn't say anything sooner? Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to divert blame away from anyone other than this inept administration. But it seemed like in the article he went out of his way to really sell the fact that he was worried it was all a fake chat when really I wonder if he ever actually thought that or pretty much knew it was legit from the get-go and wanted to created some plausible deniability for why he didn't say anything sooner.

Well, it sounds like box office numbers have not been great so far for Snow White, or at least are below the projected outlook for how it should have fared.

I did some catching up on everything about this movie and the various controversies. Aside from the typical anti-woke pushback, I do think they really messed up the whole dwarves thing.

I must have had my head in the sand for this one. I wasnt aware of the remake or the controversy. After watching the trailer, I don't mind the lead they chose, but the CGI dwarves look weird to me.

3 PM would be the EARLIEST I would consider as late afternoon. But 4 PM is the first time that comes to mind. From a business or appointment setting viewpoint for a company that operates normal first shift hours, I would say this would qualify moreso than in just general conversation.

You have a lot of people willing to just throw everything away if they don't get their specific want, throwing all progress away and ignoring their allies needs.

I agree with this. A very clear example is support for LGB and trans rights. Urban blacks and immigrants, while making great strides toward acceptance over the years, still have large groups within those populations that are anti-LGB and trans. This has always created an underlying friction that could have had some effect on voter enthusiasm. Let's not forget Trump made some surprising grains in votes from minority men last election.

Divisions within the party is nothing new though. The Republican Party before Trump also dealt with this. They had the ultra-conservative social issues faction, guns & racism faction, and rich people who only care about money but pretend to pander to the other groups. Trump came in, and despite some resistance, was able to unify the party.

Dems are a fractured mess at the moment. And fixing it is a catch 22. If, for example, they quiet their supports for trans rights, like some Dems have started doing, it's just viewed as pandering to the Right, which hasn't worked at all and just make the Dems look weaker. But if they continue their gung-ho support for it, they risk continuing to isolate core voters in their base. And before you say who needs them if they're bigots, the truth is, Dems need them. They need their core urban and immigrant base to support them if they want to retake control. It's an impossible problem at this point.
