The question for me is if it's more likely he's just trying to actively idle or he's actually upset with you.

Sorry if this is annoying I'm just legitimately trying to understand why FD is doing what he's doing because I don't think he thinks you're scum based on what he's presented here.

I always thought the story of MGS1 was, and this is not due to anything Kojima said:

- Liquid is genetically superior to Solid
- Thinks he's inferior due to his recessive genes (because he doesn't understand genetics)
- Solid wins in spite of being genetically inferior
- Moral of the story works

I always thought Liquid ranting about flawed recessive genes was just him being a heel and not actually how we were supposed to interpret genetics actually working-- I mean does anyone in the story really acknowledge FLAWED RECESSIVE GENES or is it just Liquid ranting and raving?

Having just witnessed a few strong town Ben games in a row I know his town clearing tends to have logic I can follow even if I disagree with it. Even if it's sometimes wrong.
