Not exactly. The Satanic Temple does have its own dogma. It's weird in the sense that it's a "secular atheist religion" but they do have their own beliefs to which they argue are held in the same sincerity as other religions. The part that most people are probably familiar with is the employment of satanic symbolism as a means to counteract taboos impressed by other religions.

Church of Satan is the LaVeyan stuff which is basically a remixed Christianity+Magic.

So many of these deck building games have come out since Dominion but I've managed to get a short list of 3 I actually think are worth playing. This is one of them.

The Princess + Domain mechanic of the game adds a layer of intricacy that feels more fun to engage with as opposed to Dominion's just filling up your deck with useless cards because they're worth points. Overall I feel like the game is straight superior to Dominion and has mostly replaced it.

The situation at hand is that because Ruth Bader Ginsburg refused to retire during Obama's first term, decades of her progress were undone in a matter of months.

The issue is because Dianne Feinstein refused to retire, Joe Biden could not make any court appointments for months.

The issue is illness and injury prone politicians will often be in situations where they are unable to vote, stalling democracy at best, or destroying it at worst.

For the president it doesn't really matter because there's always the 25th amendment.

For everyone else it's destroying our democracy.

Yeah that's the problem. Only a criminal trial can determine guilt. Civil trials determine liability. This is why in the original E. Carrol case, Trump wasn't found guilty of sexual assault, he was found liable for it.

You could of course make the argument that being liable for an act is the same as committing an act even if you aren't guilty of that act but I do not think that would have changed anything.

Law is a stupid mess of gotchas and well actually there's a comma here which changes the entire sentence. Intent and "common sense" almost never matter in court in regards to interpreting the law.

Largely they were told to take their guns and go home. Looking into it very few were actually charged with treason and I'm not seeing many other names for crimes. Like Davis and Lee got hit with treason, however it seems like much of the Congress that left to become Confederates essentially got away with it other than they couldn't get their old office back for obvious reasons.

Also it says Johnson pardoned them by 1868. Those fuckers basically faced no consequences as a whole and it's fucked up this nation ever since.

I mean there's not much point to charging people with crimes after they've been pardoned.

The real problem was the compromise of 1877 which allowed them to return to office and simultaneously torpedoed reconstruction efforts.

They were charged with crimes kinda but they got general amnesty.

The compromise of 1877 undid the restriction on holding office.

I personally believe its because the ponies are cute. A similar phenomenon is seen in Pokemon with the eeveelutions in which theyre considered attractive despite being quadruped creatures .

That tag list is a little misleading. A lot of those tags are still going to tagged in images of anthro Pokemon / "pokemorphs" which are just the furries based on Pokemon instead of real animals.

When the overworld is basically just a map that you can only move along a line and cannot deviate from the line? I'd argue it does not count. It's essentially exactly the same as in BoF IV just with a different visual aesthetic.

It wasn't all lines. There were places you could explore and you could usually find faerie circles and other secrets. It was pretty much the same thing as Chrono trigger just without the Epoch.

You can say that about any game but the problem is those games are usually shallow unfun pieces of shit so why play them in the first place if you're not going to engage in high level play?

Either: play a game that does not focus on PvP, such as Guardian Tales, or play a game that doesn't wring you for money every 2 weeks to compete against other players.

Really bad. Raid and any turn based pvp RPGs have this thing where the entire meta is completely dominated by whatever the newest character is. And they release a new one every couple weeks.

You're gonna need like 8 copies of the character plus spend extra for enhancement materials and shit. Stay away from turn based competitive PVP gacha RPGs at all costs.

Yes. There's some common jobs and then some jobs that only of the total characters can access. By putting certain jobs on the same character you can also unlock fusion skills. You can't have every character master every job until post game where one of the super bosses you can fight rewards you with more JP so you have to strategize carefully. It's much more challenging than FF5. The post game stuff is super hard.

It's a nostalgic throwback to the SNES. It's effectively FF4, 5, and 6 rolled up into a single game. You control two parties switching off between the two as you complete story segments until they eventually converge.

It's even got some post game optional stuff to challenge yourself with.

Nah. In addition to 3 having the better dragon system, the combos in 4 all have annoyingly long animations. The mentor system & custom skills were also more fun in 3.
